Due to the nature of our products, all sales from TTX EDGE are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by TTX EDGE are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Because our products are intended for research use only, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped.

All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only and are not intended for human or animal consumption.

2. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us within the following timeframes:

Lost in transit, not marked delivered: contact us within 3 to 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged upon arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

Damaged product claims must include images of the damaged items, outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

Claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis. At our sole discretion, TTX EDGE may issue a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for the following situations:

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Failure to retrieve or accept delivery

Improper handling, storage, or use of products after delivery

Failure to understand product use restrictions

Orders delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or events outside our control

4. Compliance Notice

All products are sold for research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition.

Products sold by TTX EDGE have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
